Laniqua Turner, CPA and Senior Financial Analyst, founded Xander & Wells to equip small businesses, ministries, and households with the same structure, wisdom, and financial clarity usually reserved for larger organizations. She believes stewardship is sacred work, rooted in the conviction that “it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful” 1 Corinthians 4:2.
With deep experience in healthcare finance and accounting operations, she leads the firm with a blend of professional discipline and pastoral care, ensuring each client is seen, supported, and equipped.
